How did I get it done I don't hear you ask:

I advertised on Gumtree

( a local free advertising place like Craigs list in the US but better  ;) )

to find people to go with... made 2 friends but we never went.

​

Found another way-started a meet up group in Sydney

and went to 30 rooms between Jan- July 2017.

​

Overseas trip happened in '17:

​

used dating apps and friends I knew to attend more rooms.

I would prefer to have an Ap specifically to go to Escape rooms

to find other ER junkees.

​

And some rooms require 4 people minimum- no dating sites do that yet

which is why I started this site.

​

My first knowledge of ER:

A friend posted an invite to an Escape room on Facebook in late 2016... not knowing what it was but excited by the idea I went.

We did the Enigma Room in Sydney.

I had a blast.

Afterwards I tried to organise friends but there was a lack of enthusiasm and commitment.

as I am not that talented a writer or observer.
